what's up with zoots?

ZOOTS is back and better than ever after being acquired by Bay State Linen. We’re currently servicing cities east of 495 and within the 95/128 belt! We hope to expand soon! If you're out of our current service area, just let us know and we’ll keep you posted as soon as we expand into your area.  Did you know that Bay State Linen has been pleasing high-end dry-cleaning and linen commercial customers for over 20 years? Personal service and individual solutions are the core of our business. We tailor our offerings to your individual needs.  

looking for home OR OFFICE pick-up and delivery?

We’re so happy to hear that you’re interested in using ZOOTS for your home or office pick-up and delivery needs! Please sign up, let us know where you will place your items and we’ll have our Delivery Service Rep stop by to pick them up. 

What is the turn around time?

The turn around time is based on when the ZOOTS Rep will be in your area which will be either Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday. So if your item was picked up on Monday, your clean item will be delivered on Thursday and pick up more items that day to be cleaned which will be delivered the following Monday and so on and so forth. Just let us know if you need to temporarily stop or resume service. We are also available for on call request.

looking for old Zoots store FRONT service?

While we did acquire ZOOTS home delivery service, we did not acquire the ZOOTS store locations; those remain closed. However, we’re more than happy to pick up and deliver your garments to your home or office.  We’ll bring the store to your door! Please sign up and let us know where you will place your items and we’ll have our Delivery Service Rep stop by to pick them up.

a past Zoots customer looking for Your clothes from a former Zoots store?

We understand your frustration. Please know that Bay State Linen (that’s us!) purchased ZOOTS out of bankruptcy. We do not have any connection to the old ownership of ZOOTS or any problems that may have occurred during their operation. However, we do have some of the garments from the old ZOOTS stores in storage. We’re happy to take a look for any items that may belong to you. Please let us know through email at care@zoots.com what store you were a customer of, the name on the account, and what items you are looking for. If we can locate them, we’ll be happy to arrange getting them back to you as soon as possible.

HAD A CREDIT FROM OLD ZOOTS?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept credits or gift cards from the former ZOOTS operation. Bay State Linen (that’s us!) purchased ZOOTS out of bankruptcy. We do not have any connection to the old ownership of ZOOTS or any offers that may have been given during their operation. However, we are happy to offer you $5.00 off on your first order! Sign up and let us know where you will place your items and we’ll have our Delivery Service Rep stop by to pick them up.
