We’re so happy to hear that you’re interested in using ZOOTS for your home or office pick-up and delivery needs! Please sign up, and we’ll have our Delivery Service Rep stop by to pick them up. 

The turn around time is based on when the ZOOTS Rep will be in your area which will be either Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday. So if your item was picked up on Monday, your clean item will be delivered on Thursday and pick up more items that day to be cleaned which will be delivered the following Monday and so on and so forth. Just let us know if you need to temporary stop or resume service. We are also available for on call request.

Please call complete the Customer Change Form so we can make the necessary changes.

Arlington, Belmont, Dedham, Dover, Lexington, Natick, Needham, Newton, Walpole, Waltham, Watertown, Wellesley, West Roxbury, Weston

While we did acquire ZOOTS home delivery service, we did not acquire the ZOOTS store locations; those remain closed. However, we’re more than happy to pick up and deliver your garments to your home or office.  We’ll bring the store to your door! Please sign up and let us know where you will place your items and we’ll have our Delivery Service Rep stop by to pick them up.  

Please know that Bay State Linen (that’s us!) purchased ZOOTS out of bankruptcy. We do not have any connection to the old ownership of ZOOTS or any problems that may have occurred during their operation.
